We may offer a Google Calendar connection through crm.dreamstudiio.com. When the connection option appears, using it will be optional and it will occur only after you select it and approve the permissions shown on Google’s consent screen.

We will request only the permissions needed to create, update, or cancel appointment events resulting from your use of the service. We will not use calendar permission to access Gmail, contacts, or Google Drive, and we will not request additional access without explaining it, updating this policy, and obtaining any required consent.

Calendar event data may include the appointment title, date and time, time zone, attendee email address, location or meeting link, and notes related to the booking. We use Google data only to provide the calendar feature requested by the user; we do not sell it, use it for advertising, or build advertising profiles from it.

We do not permit human access to Google data except as needed for support with your consent, to protect the service, or to meet a legal obligation. You may disconnect the connection from the customer relationship management service when that option is available, or revoke Dream Studiio’s access in your Google Account permissions; we will then stop subsequent calendar access, although a local booking record may remain under the retention section below.

Information may be processed by hosting, infrastructure, security, email, customer relationship management, and calendar providers that help us operate the website and booking service. We share only what is needed to provide the service, and may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

dreamstudiio.com, booking.dreamstudiio.com, and crm.dreamstudiio.com are parts of the Dream Studiio service. Links to independent services such as Instagram and Google are also subject to those services’ privacy policies, which Dream Studiio does not control.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your request, manage the account, booking, and client relationship, and meet professional or legal obligations. When Google is disconnected, we delete or disable access tokens under our control when they are in use, although we may retain a local booking record for the purposes described in this policy.

We use appropriate safeguards, including access controls and encryption where suitable, although no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, including your booking account and client record where permitted by law, or object to a particular use. You may also disconnect or revoke Google Calendar access without closing your Dream Studiio account. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate providers and contractual and technical safeguards to protect the information under applicable law.

Our website and professional services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly seek their personal information.
