The website provides general information and examples of interior design work. Its content is not a binding offer, engineering advice, or a commitment to a particular price, timeline, or result.

Sending an enquiry does not create a contractual relationship. Service obligations begin only after the scope, fees, schedule, deliverables, payment terms, and responsibilities have been agreed in writing.

When you create an account at booking.dreamstudiio.com or use crm.dreamstudiio.com, you must provide accurate, current information and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity through your account and should notify us if you suspect unauthorised use.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account for a breach of these terms, misuse of the service, a security risk, or where required by law. Account termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

Submitting a booking request or creating a calendar event does not mean that a project has been accepted or create an interior design services contract. An appointment is confirmed only when a clear confirmation appears in the booking or customer relationship management service, or when you receive confirmation from us by email or the stated communication channel.

Appointments are subject to availability and to any fees, rescheduling, or cancellation policies shown during booking or agreed in writing. You must provide accurate information and monitor confirmation or change notices, and we may request additional information before confirming a consultation or project.

We may offer an optional Google Calendar connection through crm.dreamstudiio.com. By choosing to connect, you grant Dream Studiio the limited permissions you approve to create, update, or cancel appointment events associated with the service, and you may disconnect or revoke access at any time.

Google Calendar is also subject to Google’s terms and service availability. A calendar event is an appointment-organising tool and does not by itself form an interior design services contract; refer to the booking status and confirmation notices for the latest appointment status.

Unless stated otherwise, the website, copy, brand identity, designs, images, and drawings belong to Dream Studiio or rights holders who authorised their use. Content may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without written permission.

Project pages may include 3D visualisations, design drawings, or images from different stages. Executed materials, colours, and results may vary according to site conditions, budget, supply, and final approvals.

You must not use the website unlawfully, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, impersonate another person, or automatically collect content or data in a way that harms the website or our rights.

The booking and customer relationship management services on Dream Studiio domains are part of the service. The service may also link to or integrate with independent services such as Instagram and Google; these are provided for convenience, and we do not control their content, availability, or terms.

We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, Dream Studiio is not liable for indirect loss caused by reliance on website content or inability to use it.
