Palace Contemporary

A private contemporary palace in Ras Al Khaimah, planned from a ceremonial vehicle entrance leading to the main arrival and parking, then through dedicated children’s, flower, service, mother’s, and majlis gardens, water features, and carefully organised circulation paths. Inside, onyx, marble, warm timber, and bold royal colours frame an olive tree integrated into the floor as the soul of the home. Every space has its own identity while remaining unified by one level of royal luxury, from double-height halls, majlis rooms, suites, and the bespoke kitchen to the unconventional children’s games room and cinema, a private media-reception office, gym, roof tent, and upper seating areas designed with children’s safety in mind.
