Luxury Recreational Space
A private basement recreational space inside a Riyadh home, planned as a complete leisure destination with a cinema, billiards zone, bar, sauna, steam room, lounge seating, and relaxed entertaining areas. Translucent onyx helps compensate for limited daylight with a warm natural glow, while a dramatic waterfall descends from the ground floor into the basement and brings water, planting, and natural light into the connected activity zones.
